Yes we are open 24/7/365 to drop off your vehicle in our parking lot that is fully lite and is secured with HD cameras.
We have key drop in our metal door (and yes the inside of the shop is also secured by several HD camera systems that upload all footage to the cloud.
We (humans) are available Monday to Friday 8Am to 5Pm.
We do not make appointments for electric diagnostics and prefer you drop off your vehicle instead of waiting. Reason being that electric diagnostics takes time and we don't know beforehand how much time! We will call you after an hour with a progress report so there are no surprises like unexpected high bills. Be aware however that electric vehicle diagnostics is not cheap! AND even when we found the problem with your vehicle it might be expensive to fix or not fixable at all (this doesn't happen often but it does!)
regular automotive repairs and tune ups can be done by appointment since we know how much time it takes to change a waterpump or alternator or serpentine belt or to change the brakes and rotors on your vehicle! All our repairs carry a 12 month or 12.000 mile warranty and a lot of parts sold and installed by us carry lifetime warranty!
